7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information

• Completing required repairs or corrective actions

• Paying all applicable fees, fines, or costs not expressly included in PbFree Ohio’s service agreement

PbFree Ohio is not responsible for enforcement actions resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PbFree Ohio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
