Cleveland Agent Services

The City of Cleveland now requires an agent for all properties.  The agent must be in Cuyahoga County and able to respond in emergencies.

Zak Burkons has served in this capacity for more than 15 years for Municipalities and Courts around the state.  Mr. Burkons carries proper insurance and is a licensed realtor in the State of Ohio.

The duties of the Agent are as follows:

• Maintain contact with the City for Building and Housing issues.
• Be available to Emergency Personnel (fire, police, EMS) in the event a sitution occurs
